MicroDental at Smile Source Exchange

Context + roleThe 2025 Smile Source Exchange is one of the dental industry's key national conferences, where brand presence directly shapes how dentists and lab partners perceive and remember you. MicroDental needed more than a booth. They needed a campaign that built anticipation before the doors opened, captured momentum on the floor, and extended the story after the show ended.
I was the designer and content producer for the full event lifecycle. That meant concepting and producing pre-show promotional assets, designing print collateral and booth materials, and then being on the ground in Kentucky to handle photography, video capture, and live social content.
Pre-event work: Social and email assets to build attendance and awareness.
On-site: Photography, booth visuals, print collateral, and live social content.
Post-event recap: Edited highlights and follow-up campaign to extend the show's reach.
Recorded doctors testimonials and edited them for social: Inside the MicroDental’s Experience.
Creative decisionsI kept the booth graphics typographically clean and high-contrast because conference floors are visually chaotic. The goal was to hold legibility from across the room before someone even approached.
The challenge was to create a consistent, high-impact event presence before, during, and after the conference while balancing tight timelines, multiple deliverables, and real-time content needs. On-site, I prioritized environmental and candid shots over staged portraits to make the brand feel present and alive rather than posed.
The Kentucky show represented MicroDental's most comprehensive branded event presence to date, with a complete content archive usable for future conference marketing.
